We cannot handle your case for you
We are not a law firm, an agency or a government office, so we cannot contact your employer or file claims for you. For urgent problems such as unpaid wages or an injury, use the official offices listed in our guides.
Emergency
In an emergency in Korea, call 119 (fire, ambulance) or 112 (police). For help in your language, the government foreigner helpline is 1345.
Please do not send copies of your passport, residence card (ARC) or pay slip by email. We do not need them to answer.
